Privacy Policy
Last Updated: June 2026
Welcome to our Privacy Policy. Your privacy is critically important to us. This document transparently explains how information is handled when you interact with our website contact forms.
🔒 Core Principle: No Local Data Storage
Our website functions as a clean informational portal. We do not host relational databases, manage user account registrations, track private operational profiles, or store any of your communication logs directly on our web servers.
1. Information Collected Via Contact Forms
When you choose to utilize the contact elements across our sections, you voluntarily provide explicit personal identifiers. This data includes:
- Identity Information: Your Name.
- Contact Coordinates: Your Email Address.
- Communication Payload: The contextual text message written into the form boundary wrapper.
Third-Party Secure Infrastructure: To securely route your entries directly to our direct notification box without creating a local database vector, we route these requests through Forminit (a secure, headless form backend service).
Forminit acts as our data sub-processor, maintaining compliance with modern privacy data standards (including European GDPR frameworks) to securely manage transmission, block external platform spam vectors, and relay information safely.
2. How Your Form Data is Managed
We explicitly use incoming message streams for communication continuity:
- To process, evaluate, and reply directly to your strategic business or service inquiries.
- We strictly forbid marketing list scraping. Your form details are never shared, sold, or distributed to any automated marketing lists or third-party promotional brokers.
3. Technical Server Metadata
When a contact block fires a payload to Forminit, structural background metadata may be captured to prevent automated spam bot scripts from damaging the utility. This data contains standard network diagnostics (such as IP addresses, timestamps, and browser configurations) and is used strictly for firewall safety adjustments.
4. Data Erasure & Your Legal Rights
Under modern privacy regulations, you retain absolute ownership over your communication footprint. If you have previously reached out using our form modules and wish to have the emails generated by those transmissions deleted entirely from our communication folders, please let us know.
Send a direct message detailing your request to: contact@decogan.fr. We will execute your data removal immediately.
